DIRECTIONS

Start with clean, brushed brows.

1. Dip the makeup designer brush lightly into the pomade.
2. Outline brow and define arch.
3. Draw in brow hairs in sparse areas with angled tip.
4. Fill in to desired intensity.
5. Comb & blend with spoolie to style your final look.

WARNINGS
